So I wasn't quite sure where to put this, but since it'll contain most of my markers and a build once in a while it's going here.

So down to it.
My Name is Fredrik, and i live in the oldest city in Norway. ( Take a guess)
I'm 21, and i have just served my 1 year in the army operating nasams equipment for those of you who know what that is.
I'm still waiting for the answer to my univesity application, which if i get my choice will put me up for a bachelor in robotics and nano-electronics, and eligible for a 2 year master after the bachelor. ( Iron Man anyone? )

So i went on an itty bitty shopping spree when i found out i was starting paintballing. the welfare option in the army had regular tripps to a reball-center where I had so freaking much fun, i just had to continue.

So currently my little collection
A Brass Eagle Avenger1
A Spyder Extra
A Spyder Victor with rocking trigger And some extras
A Spyder victor, lacking some parts, but will be made into something awesome not to far from now
A Spyder Imagine with E-Trigger, came with my bushy

A Bushmaster B2k4, bob long torpedo, J'n'J Ceramic 14", Shocktech drop with on/off ASA
( bildr.no/image/1223990.jpeg )
Oh, almost forgot, A Dye Proto Rail, unknown year, been used like 4-5 times before me

Latest addition
A B2k2 Ecplise Busmaster w/lcd, looks brand new

serial 6146

Pictures will be added as soon as i have the possibility.

Edit: added new marker

Cool stuff. I never really got to binge on buying paintball stuff. I have had to build my collection over time. Sneak a marker in here and there. Trade a marker rather than sell it.

So after getting the first introductions over with.

if anyone here knows how a 1992 cagiva mito 125ccm looks like.

Before restore

After restore

Well over to something more interesting then maybe.
When i first started buying my equipment, i was looking for a good paintball sniper rifle, and not being satisfied with what i found or thinking the price was to steep, I decided to build me one.

so i figured i needed a couple of things.
first on the list being a marker i could cannibalize for my purpose.
second, spare parts.
needed a weapon stock.
a freaking long barrel.
trigger plate for the stock
so all these things i have, except some needed spare parts.

first on the agenda was to mill out of the Remington model 7 short stock i got so the freaking marker body would fit, not an easy task considering my garage mainly consists of corded power-tools, not really the prime equipment for milling out of a hard ABS- plastic stock.
I do however have a tower-drill ( if that makes any sense ), with a 3 fase (400V) connection.
tried to mount the stock in a movable (read:not mounted anywhere) vice and putting it underneath the drill with the stock in. Putting a wood-mill bit on the drill, strapping the drill down with an elastic band, Not the best solution i might add.
Well, managed to mill out an irritating post that blocked the marker in the rear of the stock. Moving on forward the front of the stock where i need to mill out approximately a 2"x1" with 1.5" depth. That did NOT work well with the setup i had.
Giving up for the moment, realizing i need some kind of cart that i move back and forth while the stock is mounted in the vice, while I'm milling
it's like 11 am and i end up in front of a desk with a pencil, paper, rubber and a vivid imagination. and i end up with this

Driving like H*** around town to get what parts i need i end up with something like this after working 5 hours straight on this thing from 6.30 AM to about 11.30 AM

Still not done yet, as i need freaking lots of nuts to get it done.
and 2 pieces that attach the cart to the frame via the threaded rod going straight through the center of the frame.
This thing will mount to the horizontal plate that is vertically adjustable

and this is what i made a mockup of playing in Photoshop.
wanted to get a bottom fed, bolt action rifle that uses First strike bullets

Realizing a bottom feed rifle would take to freaking long to make, i have decided to go with a side feed spring loaded magazine that will take 5 or 10 round tubes (homemade), it'll get a scope 3-9x40 scope, and either a remote tank or Co2 cartridge right where the magazine would have been.

So that about sums up my first build-to-be.
it's only too bad I'll be home for about 10 days and then going on a 3 week road-trip in central Europe, when parts are coming in from the US Razz

don't worry about the tools. there are a lot of people that do some incredible work with basic hands tools. if you want to drool, do a search for "chplnstone" on MCB. he's a friend that hand builds brass guns, pirate guns and lever action guns. they are disgustingly beautiful, especially when you get a chance to see what they started out as.

as for the European dirt bike. except for some Italian or Austrian bikes that made it to this continent, i wouldn't know a Cagiva if one fell on me.

only to bad I aint one of those people.
what I CAN though, is normally limited to either bikes or mercedes, Those things are easy as *insert random swear here* to work on.
I basically do with my guns what i do with my bike or car, it goes "all" apart then, back together.

Did Some more work today on the milling bench.
only thing i need to do now is mount a drill to the threaded rod to move the tray.
This is where i'm at.

The white plate has been changed to a smaller 12mm plywood which now mounts to the base of the tower-drill.
need to find me some 2by4's now so i can get this thing higher.
the vertical regulation had to be scrapped due to my bench being to for the drill to handle.

tomorrow i will get the rest done and start milling on my rifle stock.

So
I got a little work done today.
The milling bench is complete with height spacers and got to do some work on the gun stock.
actually i got only so much done, but i'm lacking a trigger frame and front ASA and a cupseal.
but had another marker i kinda cannibalized for the occasion to make the fits i needed.
I apologize for being terrible to take photos while i'm working.
But i did take some photos after i was finished for today.
take notice, there are as of now no mounting points to the gun stock. will take care of that at a later date.
So here it is in all it's "Glory"

today i finally got around to check out the Eclipse bushmaster i found for sale over here.
And my, it's stunning. It literally looks Brand spanking new, except for the cracked plastic in front of the lcd and the missing jewel on the lpr.
the display i can fix as i have lots of plexiglass lying around, the jewel i'm not sure of.
there were also these 2 replacement yellow bolts coming with it, so in total 3 yellow bolts, 2 venturi, 1 straight.
a viewloader revolution hopper
a smart parts back with no insert
a front barreal with FREAKISLY big threads (like big ass woodscrews
stock barrel, spotless
armageddon air system, with a ginourmus valve pin and assembly.
the freaky bolt pin
aaand a dye comfy grip

picture time

serial

both bushmasters

PS.
Does this earn me a spot in the tracking list?
