sounds like your regs are outta wack, what are your regs set too?
i have a similar setup, but i get about 900 to 3000 psi
my hpr is set 215 and my lpr is set ti manual instructions.
and i am shooting 285 +- 5 fps, also have you broken in the regs yet?
but 200 is way low. there are mods you can get but i wouldnt say get just yet, if its still new, just try checking those regs though thats most of the prob. I was blessed with a bko that shot xcellent right outta box

It should be broken in if you shot 500 and it is used.
Have you dry fired your gun at all??
When dry firing the a bko, they use about 50% more air then normal.
Your regs are probablt dirty like dval said.
Try cleaning them.
Take your hpr apart, then wipe your piston clean, will a clean rag. After dab some lithium grease on it.

Wut are you shooting at (fps)?
Thats real high psi if you have a micro rock and a new valve.
Just taking that from my setup, which is close to yours.
mines running at 115psi and it puts out 268 fps +-2.
