just the adjustment hole is through the top, take a pic above the top of the marker showing me the sight rail, it will show a hole if there is one
take a pic of the bottom tube of the body with the backblock cocked back, that will show what type of adjuster you have and me what springs you have.

your LPR is an old Rock, its adjustable
the bolt is sweet
you might just need to replace seals and shell work fine
or you can go overboard on many different levels

i already had the picture. photobucket did not like that picture 20 minutes ago for some reason.

is that what you need for the adjuster and the springs?

it is a rock, as in pps?

yep PPS rock, but looks like the paint/anno is gone...shine it! woot
ok there should be a hole in the middle of the sight rail for the hammer lug adjustment

and the bottom tube, i need to see in that dark hole...but odds are its a non nelson hammer kit, since the hole in the sight rail is not there

you do no need a nelson spring kit as long as you can find a spring that is light enough any spring size as long as it fits in the hammer will work perfect, BUT you would also need to use a lighter valve spring and a regulator.

if your willing to wait ill be finding a screw that is threaded for the hammer, but having an unthreaded shoulder, THAT has a allen key adjustment hole that is not too big...been tricky for me

but if you want to cut it up you can its up to you on how far you want to take it

a) leave it be, fix leaks
b) pump it only
c) Super Sleeper mech semi
d) sleeper pump
e) non sleeper mech
f) non sleeper pump

what goes into a sleeper pump?

i would like be able to return it to stock and avoid cutting it up so that it keeps its "old schoolness."

there is no hole in the middle of the sight rail.

i am not in any rush to get this done. if i am going to work on this, i am going to do it right.

ok. i turned the rock all the way off and when i turn it on slightly, the leak appears to be coming out of the base of the 3 way and when i hold the trigger down, it vents from the front of the 3 way.

how do i get the 3 way off to fix it?

take off the hoses , loosen the timing rod, and unscrew it

if the LPR is in the way(which it probably is) youll need to unscrew that from the frontblock

then you can pull out the 3way rod and check the orings
if they are bad replace, if they are ok its the 3way rod spacer thingys that need replacing

read there for all things autococker

so i have been building this in secret, and now it is finally done!

jcurt halfbocked superbolt
ccm mini pump kit
mq2!!!!!!!!!
tboard
electronic autotrigger
angel lcd frame
cp reg
dye asa

www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWwO7L7rSPo

total sleeper pump

question i address in the video, will this board work (aka will it have enough power to power the mq2 valve?)
www.amazon.com/Univers...192&sr=1-2

like i said, it is a spyder t board, and it works fine, except i cannot fit a 9v in the frame, and it bulges at the grips quite significantly. It is a pain. Will the smaller, universal tboard work in this configuration?

awesome maloneoni. we must hook up soon and take our cockers out for fun. my akavlm merlin is currently in pieces b/c pump will be polishing my roller sear and lug. it hasn't been so hot this summer so it'll be good to ball.

my mq aim prototype and half block pump is good to go.

Tzarector: we should should go rock the fields. i am still in the project phase on this.

fungunz: what is the board for in your pump? does it work the valve? i am new on this pump construction.

pump: i have now read through most of the autococker infosheet. that man has accumulated a wealth of knowledge.

i took the 3 way valve apart. the orings are trashed. where can i get more orings? should i try going to the autoparts store to find some? i want to go pump with it, but i dont want to put the 3 way valve away without fixing it.

what lube or oil do i use on the three way?

other than a spring kit, what other parts should i start looking for to turn this into a badass pump? my only criteria is that i want to be able to return it to stock.

another edit: look at parts through pps.

will this seal kit work for me: seal kit?

will this spring kit work for me: madman spring kit

im sorry but
jcurt halfbocked superbolt + ccm mini pump kit + angel lcd frame =/ total sleeper pump

Full body + stock pump kit + polished moving surfaces + valve work + springing = Total Sleeper Pump

if they got the size yeah, if not lmk i got here so does the local shop, but there are 2 orings, one on the timing rod and one in the 3way body

grease is nice oil is fine too, what you got is what you got

maloneoni wrote:

smooth hammer lug, polished internals

maloneoni wrote:

no wrong 3way

maloneoni wrote:

no wrong spring kit, what people call Cocker springs or a Cocker spring kit, is actually a Nelson spring kit, you dont have a Nelson spring kit(standard in 98) so you cannot use it

also if you dont want to run a reg, dont change the springs

if you do, then just find lighter springs for both the valve and hammer, i dont know the specs of the spring tension, but i know what they feel like, but if you know anyone with a CCM pump try feeling their springing and find what is in the size you need with the same tensions
