I used
Annodizing Professionals
1113 48th St, Suite 6,
West Palm Beach, FL 33407
(561) 842-6974

I just called them up took the marker apart, shipped them everything, and had it back with in 2 weeks. I had them do my body, tray, frame, trigger, both regs, 2 barrels, and even the reg knobs. Only cost me $70. They only do single color jobs but for the price I couldn't complain.

If you want to do some plating/annodizing/powder coating yourself www.caswellplating.com sells supplies, and their forums are top-notch.

Probably should add my feedback

Don't go to bazooka_boy. He has gone incog, and his work has suffered.

The place to go right now is FX anodizing. Cheap, and superb quality.
