I have banana stickers on mine. It makes the other players slip (on the bananas you have tossed on the field). Razz

I said it would help them to recharge more evenly.

There is no difference.

If you were shooting CO2, a remote will function as an expansion chamber.

Since you're shooting HPA, it will have ZERO effect - because the reg on the tank would have to have a massive variation to have ANY effect on your marker... Remember, the Bushy is a regulated marker - it has a reg ON THE MARKER, unlike the A5 which typically does not.

Since there is a greater volume of regulated air before the high pressure reg it will take more variation of the tank reg to have an effect on the operating pressure of the marker.

I think someone needs a lesson or two in fluid dynamics. PRESSURE, not volume, is what the regulator controls. A greater volume of air before the marker's HPR will not make any difference when you're shooting HPA.

Wake up sparky. I have coffee here if you need some... Can you smell it? Wink

The only thing that I have to say about remotes is that they are good and bad.

The Good:
1. they take a huge weight off your marker.
2. They make a good difference when using CO2
3. They intimidate newbs

The Bad:
1. They get snagged on trees and bunkers
2. They bounce all over the place when you run and it can feel abit awkward
3. You have to turn on a tank that you really can't reach before each game (depending on your remote setup)
4. They don't make remote packs with comfort belts (at least I have yet to find one)

So if you can
1. Find a way to attach the remote to your arms to restrict it's movement (I am thinking about sewing loops onto my camo jacket along the arms to run the line through)

2. find a decent pack (I've been looking for a way to hook a tank on my leg like a Special Ops Pistol Holster)

Then I think a remote would be much more useful.

Speaking as a former woodsballer and scenario player..

www.cops911.com for a vest (his top of the line gear is actually my design).. Cut a small hole in the armpit of your BDUs, wear a long-sleeved shirt and run your remote INSIDE the arm of your cammies but outside of the long sleeved shirt. If you're running a long enough remote, it'll work pretty darn slick.

I was thinking of running a redz 606 flex tech pack. Now that D gave me this website I may have to rethink that. But the 606 has the same belt as their other flex tech packs. I was also purchased a rampage coiled remote on ebay for $15. I have a cp degassing asa that I can swap for the one on it. I also have an Air America slide check that ive been saving incase I wanted to setup a remote. Last I would be picking up an app snag proof coiled hose cover www.allenpaintball.com...meset.html it can be found in the air section.

What do you guys think?

Here's the one question that still bothers me. How are you going to stablize the gun. I mean tradtionaly you would use the tank....so are you going to use the gun like a pistol or are you going to install a stock of some sort?

Its not really that hard to stabilize with 4 pounds of weight gone. Im just gonna hold it the old fashioned way I guess.

Well, the cops911 stuff is friggin' bullet proof - but it's also damn expensive. Not many people would drop $160+ for a pack!

The slide check and snagproof hose would be a good idea..

Parker makes some interesting stuff - I'm intimately familiar with their staff. Smile
