Hi! This is my first post but I have been checking out the forums for quite some time.

I just had a big order come in from Vapor Works for my B2K4 w/ PDS and I have run into a couple of big problems.

First, I can not get the valve out. I have read everything here - I have removed every screw in the marker. It will not budge. Since I was getting a new valve anyway I thought I would apply some extra pressure so I used a punch and a hammer - with some pretty good wacks - no luck. So I tried a hair dryer beause of the locktite they put on at the factory. Didn't budge. I boiled it. Yes, I boiled the frame. Valve will not move and I am hitting it with a hammer. Any thoughts?

My second problem is the wiring harness. I can't find any good posts on connecting it to the solenoid. I also think Vapor put the wrong eyes on it - the stick out into the chamber they are so much bigger than the stock ones. It also didn't have an QDs so I definatley need to call them.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

are you trying to remove the valve the wrong way? you need to push it out through the front not towards the back. mine came out kinda hard too but i just was able to push it out with a wood chop stick we had in the drawer. other than that idk

You said you removed all screws but double check to make sure you removed the valve set screw. Because if it aint out the valve aint budging. It is located on the bottom side of the body betweent the tray and the body. It should be a short hex head set scew, black.
