Please try to compose your sentances more clearly. That was very difficult to comprehend.

Now from what I gather, you are setting your LPR incorrectly.

Adjust the lpr pressure up by turning the screw clockwise. Do this until you hear the solenoid purge. Once you hear that back the LPR off (counter clockwise) 1/4 turn. Two full turns out is way too much.

Try that and see if it solves your problem.

how does your bolt cycle and not shoot??? Does he mean the bolt pressurizes to the ready to fire position?

First, sorry about that Nick. I was in a hurry. The LPR will not purge the noid. That is what I was saying about the adjustment not being right. I can screw it all the way in and it will not purge. Second, Crash1976 I dont know how the bolt cycles and it not fire. Thats why I am asking these questions.
It fully cycles but has no velocity.. Its almost like the bolt is not going all the way forward and the air that is supposed to go thru the bolt escapes in front of it.. And no the bolt is not upside down. I can turn the LPR while Its doing this and it will start working right then stop?? Got me??

ok, someone else may have better advice than me. but here are my thoughts:

If the lPR when screwed all the way in(clockwise) will not cause the noid to purge resulting in an audible air leak then there is likely no enough air getting through the LPR to the noid so, no matter how much you turn it up you never reach enough pressure to give you sufficent velocity not to mention purge the noid.

This would lead me to think either there is a problem with the LPR. Since you said it has been re-lubed and checked and is not leaking I will assume the LPR is not the problem.

Do you have a gauge on your HPR? If so what does it say? It should be set somewhere between 250 and 280 psi....at least that's how I run mine. Your HPR could be the air restriction...I would take a closer look at it and possibly relube it also.

Like I said someone else may have much better advice than I. Hope this helps.

Set your HPR at around 250.

What HPR are you using? If it is the stock ICD HPR you will want to replace that soon.

Have you torn down your LPR, relubed, and rebuilt it? If you have, did you reassemble it correctly :)?

If your HPR is set at 250psi and adjusting the LPR up does not lead to a solenoid purge my guess is that the lpr is not assembled correctly or is missing pieces.

The bolt can/will move but still not have enough force to open the valve. If the LPR is not putting enough pressure on the ram then the valve won't open.

200psi is only really low in respect to velocity. That pressure is pleanty to allow you LPR to be adjusted correctly.

I can not think of way to assemble an LPR incorrectly such that it would create an abnormally low pressure. Well if you had the wrong spring in the LPR then that would happen but thats about it.

I wonder if there is possibley a blob of grease or even a chunk of teflon tape somewhere in side the LP canal, manifold, or solenoid. This is uncommon but it does not take much to block the air passages.

Stupid question....does your tank have air??? New battery in the gun?

I'm just kind of baffled. It worked fine all day then poof no worky.

i can't imagine that the LPR is assembled incorrectly either. Since the problem seems to have arisen from thin air. It's not as though it was working and you took it apart and then it didn't work....it worked and it wasn't until it started malfunctioning that you disassembled anything. At least this is the way I understand what you have described.

after reviewing the Bushmaster animation again, It looks like you have sufficient pressure to draw the hammer/ram back but when the trigger is pulled and the hammer/ram comes forward and hits the poppit to open the valve it's not opened far enough or there is not sufficent pressure to the valve to generate any velocity. wich would make me wonder if your valve is sticking and not opening all the way....or the hammer/ram is not hitting the poppit with enough force....just throwing out another thought.....anyone else?
