Just curious, how many of you guys wear knee pads? If so is there a particular brand you prefer?

I wear Dye M/L pads and by the end of the day my legs have lost circulation.

i've yet to figure out what size i wear, otherwise i'd have them. I dont' wanna buy the wrong size and be stuck with them, ya know?

If I were to get them i'd get the ground pounders.

I feel like old roller blade pads would be nice and comfy

I don't wear knee pads. I wear JT Team pants and they have lots of padding in the knees.

I also don't take messy dives. I'm getting old (turn 31 this week) so I've gotta be careful w/ my body.....by the way where the heck is that can of Ensure I was supposed to drink Mr. Green

I'm with fivestring...I'll be 34 this year and my quads get sore from just crouching behind a bunker....I don't slide...I let you young'uns do all that runn'n and slid'n. You guys heal faster anyway.

I slid in softball once about a year ago...mistake.

So I wear no pads, my Dye C7 pants have nice padding in the front...But in the summer here in Texas I wear shorts so I'm bare legged.

I used to wear some nice jt pads. Now im getting older and do not slide as much. I now use less bulky"cheap" foam pads found at any sporting goods store. They are good to protect your knees while kneeling and dont slide around. Like all the other oldies in here, I will let the young bucks do all the sliding....lol.

If it's long pant weather, I actually wear my hockey shin pads under my camos. Yeah, they're a little bulky and I look dorky, but you can kick through underbrush without feeling it, and dropping down to your knees is easy and painless. Plus I've had two knee surgeries on one knee and soon to be having another, so this method has worked well. If I don't have any kneepads on, it's pretty tough to enjoy playing as squatting is nearly impossible.
