OK, now that i know my spyder has standard threads on regulators im looking to buy a new inline reg but i cant seem to find one that comes with a guage. Ive found the inline regulators but it doesnt have a guage on it. But in pictures of guns that have the regulator on it there is a guage. I am very confused, if any one can help me please feeel free.

Question Mad

i think normally regulators with gauge port just come with plugs so that you have to buy the gauges separately.

This. The only regulators that I know of that would come with a gauge are the Palmer's Fatty Stabilizers, though.

Pretty sure that even Palmer's don't "come" with the gauge. When I purchased one a while back from Palmer's I had to add the gauge in the price.

Regardless, many regulators have ports to accept a gauge. Here are a few, BL Torpedo (non 360), Palmer Stabelizer or fatty, and CP. Those are all that I can think of right off hand. Basically you will ahve to look at them and see which one has a gauge port.

The other question you should ask is, do I need to regulate the gas on my spyder. Most spyders, acept for the more recent ones, ran at high pressures and most saw no marked improvement w/ regulation.

Yes, that will work just fine.

If you are using CO2 make sure to get a reg that will handle the liquid spikes (i.e. Stabelizer). Otherwise if using HPA, anything will work.
