Alright, I got my crammer to stop leaking. Now, it won't cycle properly.
It's stuck forward when it's aired up. Any idea as to why?
When I pull the trigger to fire, it just puffs and moves back a little, but nothing other than that.

somebody once told me it was a solenoid issue. Weak return spring or something.

Stuck FORWARD when aired?? Does it come back if you pull the bolt pin? It might be that the air lines are reversed??

When it "puffs", the solenoid is not completely cycling. I have had this problem with multiple noids where the u-cup seals inside are packed with lube. After cleaning and wiping out as much lube as possible, I usually get them working again in the first try. Not always but usually. could also be the piston is stuck. Do you use dow 33 or some other grease-type lube?

On bushies with the parker noids I discovered this. Pull the return spring out and stretch it a bit and it is fixed.

looks like he posted this in the wrong forum...he's got a promaster I guess....cuz we all know bushies don't have hoses....yuck. Smile
