hey

ok yesterday i was outside shooting my bko, and i knew this was going to happen because it always does; i wait for like a minute after shooting to shoot again and the paint either goes 5 feet or gets stuck in the choke points in the barrel. i triple fed once, and i have the macroline detent....
i also have a male palmers stabe and anti-siphon co2....but it cant be the co2, because if i dont wait too long to shoot, it goes full distance...

help plz!
max

u put two balls in your stack and then put the creditcard ontop and if it flys off its cuz the other ball knocked it off and you have blow back.

No. That only shows bolt bounce.

Put one paintball in the receiver. Then follow the rest of the instructions. The reason for the one paintball is to provide resistence to the outgoing air.

If you put more than one paintball in, the next one in line get's bounced upwards as the bolt moves forward; the diameter of the bolt is larger than the diameter of the paintball, therefore the lip on the bolt will catch the bottom of the next paintball in the stack causing it to bounce upwards.... thus "bolt bounce".

Cheers

Dunno why this thread is talking about blow back when the title says FSDO Very Happy

Anyway, FSDO can be caused by slow leaks, or a sticky piston in your reg. Make sure your reg is clean and lubed, check all your seals and O rings for damage - replace if they look sickly. After doing that and your still getting FSDO it may be a leaking valve seal, are you running a stock valve or after market?

aftermarket, palmers stabalizer.....which brings me to my next question.

how do i care for it? i mean, the manual says that once its set you wont have to adjust it again.....

ive never lubed it or anything, but since i got it, ive had fsdo, and i cant check to see if its the reg cuz since im using co2, i cant put the stock reg back in.........

so does anyone know how to take apart/lube the stabe??

thx,
max

The Palmer Stabilizer - $6 to Palmer pursuit if you are concerned about your regulator. Palmer will check it out for you.

Your lack of an aftermarket valve is not the issue.

FSDO - LPR leaking, hammer shaft sticking, are 2 of the possible issues.
