I have a BKO and I'm experiencing problems with leaking from what I believe the manual calls the 3 way valve. I've tightened and loosened the screws on the back sides of the gun and it didnt change anything. I also turned down the lpr and the leak stopped, but then my gun didnt have the necessary pressure to fire so turned it back up.

Also I recently took it apart (it didnt leak before) and i was wondering if the the leak could be from one of the screws not being tight or something put in wrong.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? Or do i have to get parts replaced?

Thanks!

Two things...

1) Have you replaced all the orings yet? If not your going to want to do that.

2) Are you using Hybrid grips?

The answer to both of those questions is no. What kind of o-rings would i need?

Oring Kit

But, im thiking it has to do with the spool or manifold orings for your solenoid.

ok, thanks. Do you think it could have anything to do the the 4 screws on the underside of the grip not being tight enough?

Nah, you can have them off and it wouldnt cause a leak.

Does the gun still cycle fine while leaking? Or does it not shoot at all?

sounds like an oring problem. relube the gun, replace any orings that look questionable. also, not familiar with BKOs, but on the fittings, have you resealed the fittings after taking them off? teflon tape or sealant?

Make sure the grub screw that holds the valve in is sealed properly.

Check the solenoid gasket for rips.

You might not have tightened the solenoid enough either.

Another thing to look for is check the hose that runs from the vertical asa to the ram. They tend to cause those problems too.

Last resort take the tray off and air the gun up (make sure your asa and all of your high pressure stuff is tight) and press the red button on the under side of the solenoid. Sometimes it will clear the leak. Plus having the tray off helps determine where the leak is comming from.

Having a rebuild kit around helps a lot. Plus it's an easy way to make sure you have the right size hose that I mentioned earlier.

One last question, are you running hpa or co2?
