Love the james bond movies, my personal favorite, which i just watched, is moonraker. It was the first JB movie i watched ( meaning a few years ago, not just now.).
Favorite bonds in order:
Roger Moore
Timothy Dalton
Daniel Craig ( hey, i dont like your shoes, BANG, walks out of room...)
Least Favorites:
Pierce Brosnan
Sean connery
George lazzenby

Are you serious? Sean Connery IS Bond. Best dialogue, best attitude, best everything. Except maybe the movie plots. Everyone else learned from him. And how can you put Pierce Brosnan about Sean Connery? The way they found Pierce Brosnan is they lined up guys wearing tuxedos and picked the guy who looked the best. Tim Dalton was a hack too.
Current favorite Bond movie: Casino Royale
Favorite Bond: Sean Connery. Hands down. Daniel Craig is second, but I heard he is done with Bond movies.

Connery, ive just never liked his work... granit, roger moore had a few that were slow and timothy always said never follow me, like there going to listen.
Never say never again was the only thing i liked that he did.

But that was because Rowan atkinson was in it. It made it seem spoofish.

Yeah, Connery IS bond, but I think it depends when you watched them. I tend to think connery and Moore were both great in their own ways, but I watched Moore as a kid first, then the Connerys later. So I always liked Moore over Connery. Besides Goldeneye, I've had a hard time with the 'newer' ones.
Imo: all of Moores are my favs, and besides Connerys GF, they are just better written movies. NSN was Connery's worst, even worse than OHMSS. I guess Brosnan was ok though. Dalton and Craig are poor choices. Lazenby wasn't all bad, his movie just sucked. OHMSS has a pretty cool song during the avalanche scene though, still love that one.

you only live twice...
mainly for the convertable Toyota 2000GT Toyota built for the movie. originally the car was just a coupe but Connery was so tall they Targa topped it...then it looked stupid for his head to be poking out the targa top so they chopped it all the way and made a fake boot cover to make it look like it was just a convertable with the top down. really technically it was then an open top roadster. rain rain go away!
fav Bonds: Connery and Moore equally followed by Daniel Craig...as far as I'm concerned the other Bond's didn't happen....

Crash, funny story about that car from my dad. From what he recalls there were only two made, both for the movie. When he was station in Hawaii during Vietnam, he said he ran across one of them for sale. He remebers it being about $4000.00.
I asked him why he didn't buy it, he said it was like 4X his yearly salary
On topic, I just can't stand James Bond movies. They are just so contrived and stupid (to me ). I like Daniel Craig but still the movies are so over the top I just can't sit through them.

Daniel Craig: isn't bad, but have yet to see Quantum of Solice yet.
Pierce Brosnan: liked Goldeneye, but the other two suffered be bad writing. i can't hate the man, if the movies/script just plain sucked. oooh, a newspaper magnet wants to take over the world and is threatening everyone with paper cuts and lemon juice. how horrid.
Timothy Dalton: i like the 2 movies he did, but they suffered from the fact that the late 80's where supposed to be touchy-feelly, the sensitive man bull crap. again, the movies weren't bad, the scripts where okay, but the plots/attitudes are what suffered.
Roger Moore: i don't care for his movies, as he did as many good as horribly bad. Moonraker, Octopussy, Living Daylights. you watch them sober, and you will throw up. plus, Bond is supposed to be a man's man, not some sort of "i'll do everything else but be a man".
George Lazenby: i have never really seen it, but when you replace Connery, nothing is ever good. throughout history, if the people don't want a change, the will rebell. Robert Patrick taking over for David Duchovny on the X-files. Charlie Sheen for Michael J. Fox on Spin City.
Sean Connery: first is the best. yeah, he had some real stinkers, but he had the books to go off of, where they sort of resemble what Ian Fleming actually wrote. though Hollywood got their hands on them and really screwed things up, but with Connery, you don't really see it, cause the movies are good, compared to the others.
so kids, forget the movies, and look up Ian Fleming and read the original books. i think there are 15 or so and they aren't long. so put down the computers, and pick up the books. expand your mind. you will be a better person for it.
