I used a small punch and hammer, sound like the set screw on your trigger is out to far and pressing the micro switch, I had the same problem.

Btw, can we see more piks of ur Deffy? I like that splash anno

Now that I know they're called roll pins, I'm going to see if I can find a roll pin punch. My grandfather might have some I can try, since I didn't find any here.

I'll get some pics up of the gun if I can get it working ;D But yeah, the black with gold splash looks awesome.

Yup, these stupid things will not come out. I have a roll pin punch, and all that happened was the stupid tip gets bent. The pins won't move at all. What a terrible design.

Is there anything I can do while not being able to remove this garbage? Seems like I'm pretty screwed.

you can back out the set screws in the trigger. that will free up and eliminate any problem associated with the microswitch.

i've had my pin punch for about 2 years and its almost ready to be replaced. the tip mushroomed and its probably about 2 more hits away from breaking. they are well, consumable. finish nails work well, and are cheaper that pin punches. you will need to give it a good hit, but not a 5lb sledge hit. the spacer does take the the vibration of the gun and gives the roll pin a place to go, coming out of the gun.

if you want, send me the gun. i'll go through the gun, get the roll pin out, check over the harness and get it working. also, i do have stock frames, so if any damage incurs and or the roll pin just doesn't want to come out, i can replace it.

How much would a stock frame cost? My grandfather said he'd get the pins out, but knowing him my frame will be ruined after that. I wouldn't be too big on sending the gun out, but roughly how much would you charge to check it out if I did decide to?

You should try a lubricant called Aerokroil. It is a Penetrating oil. Let is soak in for an hour or so and then try to remove the pins. I had to soak mine from the deffy I bought from England over night but usually an hour will do. The roll pins are just a crap steel and they will surface rust against the aluminum if left in. So soak it and try again.

the frame would be $12 shipped. a brand new harness is $25(with all new parts). anything else, i will let you know if there are problems and let you decide what to do. i'm not a business(except for the harnesses), so i don't really charge for work.

now, i am well established and well known here. i would have a lot to loose if i try to scam you. i like helping people get and keep their B2Ks/Defiants working and playing with them. but i understand that you don't want to risk loosing and making the gun unusable.
