How would one take out the stock valve and replace it with the vapor valve? Thanks a load.

u need to take out the asa, LPR, and the ram...then take off ur tray and unscrew the valve retaining screw. then take something long and skinny like a pencil or a chopstick and push the valve out torwards the LPR hole. then lube up the vapor valve o-ring and install it...remember, the lil tiny hole goes in the gun first.

What would be the better to lube the valve? Lithium grease or silicon spray?

be careful when you screw the set screw back in to hold the valve in place....there should be NO PRESSURE on the valve from the set screw. if you screw the thing in too tight the valve will LEAK!! just screw it in until it merely touches the valve and that should hold it. just put some locktite or teflon tape around the set screw first to hold it in place since it's "floating there".
