Loosen the two screws on each side of the body that hold the ram in place.

hey i had the exact same problem on my '04 BKO ... all i did was lube up the ram with some shocker lube and it works pretty good now but it still gets stuck sometimes... i think it might just be a matter of getting it worked in...

also i was wondering if there was a special way to take the hose out in order to get the ram out or should i just pull it off?

i was wondering the same thing about taking the hose off. i decided that i wanted to order an sp mod ram and install it myself so i'll need to do that when it comes.

btw, are they shipping those out right now? i ordered mine the 6th of june and it's still not here Mad i e-mailed them and they said their machine was broken and they just got it fixed and that they would be shipping rams out in a week or so. i hope it comes soon cuz i only have a revvy and that chops a ton when i fan the trigg. You don't need to release the hose to lube the ram. Anyways, the hose comes off by just pulling very hard with a tool (dunno the word, but you squeeze it and then it grips the hose on the other end :P)
