So I call PMI about the stripped threads on my pipe tip, and the bore stickers coming off the back. "Sure, send it in, we'll replace the tip and send it back with stickers for your backs."

Cool. Off it goes.

I get a padded envelope in the mail today... I open it up, and there's cardboard in side - like the cardboard that turns into that little retail container for Pure Energy tanks.

"Cool" I figure, "I guess they're just being protective of the stickers. Barrel must be comin' later.

Oh no. It was just the cardboard. Nothing else. Just cardboard. That's it.

So I email PMI again, and get this back:

I'm sorry about that some of the Warehouse monkeys are even less intelligent than the tech monkeys. I'll make sure the tech monkeys handle this one directly. I apologize for the mix up, the proper stickers will be mailed to you asap, in the mean time enjoy your new cardboard.

Ah well, at least he took it in stride!

It was the beginning of school and i had just gotten my 98 custom which ive been saving up for a long time. I decided to get with my friend who lived down the street from me and play some paintball. We had about 6 people who had guns at the time but the only problem was 2 of them didn't have mask. So we came up with a bright idea to dress his little brother up and put a baseball helmt on him and take him to the field and have all 6 of use chase him down and unload on him. Needless to say he was very reluctent at the time until i shoot a couple of rounds off at his feet. He ran and the hunt was on. I myself emptied about a hopper into him each one hitting him. The worst part about it was i was using ZAPPS. If anyone knows anything about zapps those are some hard ass paintballs. Once we were done with him his back looked like he was rolling around in poison ivy.

Dunno yet... I'm hoping they won't! I played with it a couple of times, and the threads kept coming off - we'll see what they have to say about it.

Alright I got a story:
We were just playin around got a couple guys to play a 3 on 3, first off, my friend ran the right tape off the break and he got shot and took a guy on my team too, so it was a 2 on 2, the other guy on my team got another guy so there was one guy left on the other team, i ran up, slid right next to him, he looks at me and i was a foot away from him, and i shot once, hit him right in the mouth. Then he fell to the ground, and when he got up he said he could feel the shell in his throat. (BTW he was shooting a 99 LED angel, yes an LED. it was VERY hard to walk)

This came from a casual friend that I meet at the field from time to time. I dont quite believe him...
The game was at Challenge Park Extreme in Joliet on the Bedlam field. Most people on the break would like to take the tape line and take one building at a time but this time him and his brother decided to cut though in the middle of the field and ran on the other teams starting point, where they found two women hunkered down behind the wall. So they started chitchating, getting their names, where they live, what are they doing afterwards until the referee said 3 minutes. They politely told the ladies that they are out and each took the tapeline where they proceeded in marking everybody on the butt.
Well when he told me about this, my initial instinct was like "dude that is the funniest @#$%, awesome!!" Laughing ::high fives:: but in my mind I was like bull@#$% ya lying piece of @#$%. Rolling Eyes
But after playing with him, he is the type of person that would do some unusual things like he would be next to you shooting at the next building, he would disappear and then he would wave you in from that building. His brother on the other hand is just nuts, he would run in the middle of the field yells and shot at people, dodge a few painballs and runs back in; too bad he doesn't play that often.

my story, happened 2 months ago...

me, being an ICD owner with my team got challeged by team onion(yes there team name is onion) they all had dm4 and all fansy pants stuff, they said they were sponsored by ecp and a bunch of other places...

so, first game started, i ran and super man dived into the snake, i procceded up it, i am now past the 50 and there they are, one by one i shot them in the gun..i took the whole team out : )
not one of my team mates got shot out...

oh and this team onion suposivly one first place 5 out of 7 times in the tourneys they played...

now here is the better story..

same day as ^^^

my team, was again challeged by a different team, they all had impulses...

right at whistle, the impulses turned around and thier bolts were jammed from chopping and they had vision and air had just started leaking all over the place and this happened to the 4 out of 5 impulses, last impulse kid left i bunkered and since none of the other impulse kids called themselve out i shot them in the gun....

now those are 2 stories i can never forget...

oh and at the end of the day one of the impulse kids asked me if i wanted to trade my Bushmaster for his imp and some cash and i just went, sell that pos and get a bushy w/ pds for cheaper.

i played this weekend
chronied the team guns, my b2k2, excal, viking
aka's were +/- 8, my bushy? = 275, 275, 277 ...... 275, 273, 274 ..... 275, 277, 277
RAWK
setup:
b2k2, sonic lpr (no ram gauge), angel wdp minireg from 03 IR3 lp mod (250), hyperflow tank (400)
of course, it was 40 deg out yesterday and i was shooting tiny .683 severe out of my boomstick so my accuracy still sucked.
