i'm relatively new to the ICD/Bushmaster guns but i'll offer my opinion. Just take it as a novice opinion.
I have read that the Bushmaster typically runs at 90psi at the LPR, assuming you are running a stock reg. If you are at 75 the solenoid/ram may not be getting enough pressure to fully cycle. Just a thought, but then again, i'm new to these markers.

Make sure your putting your bolt pin in right. Remove the ram and make sure it's clean then lube and replace. Turn your lpr up slightly and I went many years with out a gauge so the "Cocker Style" works fine.

Not exactly what pressure but you can get a good guess.

Most noids bleed at 100psi, I know not all because mine doesn't bleed until like 130psi, so if you do the cocker way then you know that your pressure is around 80-90 psi if you only turn the lpr down slightly. As long as it takes a good amount of force to push the bolt forward with your hand then your LPR is fine. If you can't even move the bolt it's too high and if you can move it relatively easily then it's to low. A LPR Gauge isn’t needed for a player who doesn’t constantly tweak his gun thus not needed for a novice user.
