when did the no orange rule come in to effect in the nppl? adn dose it have to be a spacific(sp?) shade?

i believe no orange or yellow is allowed in nppl along with no clear hoppers...
not sure so someone please correct me if i am wrong...

Check the rules. Just do a search for the word "orange".
Clear Hopper rule is in section 12 something.
