I have posted b4 about my gun!! Its a b2k4 pds and i have come to the conclusion that my problem is my reg. I KNOW its my reg b/c i tested it and its not letting any air through! HOWEVER i was talking to another kid and he had the same prob ( gun not pressurizing ) so he bought a new mac dev reg and shot it approx. 10 times and the samme thing happened, the gun didnt pressurize. I am wondering what could be wrong if this also happens to my gun!! PLEASE HELP im getting pissed that this brand new gun isnt working!! errrrrrrrrrr!!

If the HPR Guage is reading about 250 the problem is not with your reg. You next need to check the LPR. If your LPR is all the way in and it doesn't pressurize or leak through the grip you need to place a small washer between the LPR Adjuster Cap and the Spring located between the cap adjuster and the LPR Piston. Screw the LPR in slowly untill the gun cocks. Continue to screw it in until you hear a slight leak in the grip then back it off a half turn. "Make Sure the HPR Guage reads 250psi. If it doesn't get a Bob Long Torpedo. You won't be sorry. Best Reg on the market in the $60.00 price range.

Some B2K4's have had a bad reg, call ICD and they will replace the bad unit. They all ready know of this problem.

The regs require maintenance also. Take apart slowly, lay in order, clean, relube with a good grease(lightly), and reinstall.

No sweat! Had the same agrivation. The new reg cured mine. Try calling ICD and explain the situation. There was a shipment of guns that were sent to a major online distributor that had bad regs. Of my three Bushmaster-04's I recieved one that would not pressurize. I fortunately had regs on other guns that pinpointed the problem. If you can ask someone to let you try their reg to see if that solved the problem. If you're gonna buy a new reg the Bob Long Torpedo is the best in it's price range. Thats what I put on mine. Between that, a Zenatram Main Body Valve and a Empire Barrell Kit The gun works awsomely. It sucks that these upgrades have to be made but thats what I did. I recently went head to head with a ion and a wrath. My Busy outperformed both. All thee guns were used by very experienced Speed Ball players. My Bushy didn't skip a beat! Once operating properly you'll have a marker that will perform just as well as the $750 and up markers.
