As we all know, alot of it is process of elimination. It could be the board also, get it reflashed.

The Lpr does output enought pressure to cause the solenoid to leak. So do you still think it could be the spring.

Try this, take and switch the HP and LP springs, they are the same. The HP is less sensitive. Let me know what happens.

Ok, when I do that I turn up the LPR all the way and the solenoid still does not leak. So it seems that the correct springs are in.

One more thing, the gasket that the brass poppet seals against,(clear flat urethane seal) also should be the same on both regs. If the one in the LPR is alittle taller and thinner, it is the wrong one. That is the one for the valve. We'll get it yet......

Ok there not the same. The one from the LPR is clearer and has a smaller hole in it than the one from the HPR. However the one from the LPR is a bit thicker than the one from the HPR. They seem to be the same height mabye the one from the LPR just a lil lil taller but its hard to tell because the edges are a lil different shape. The edge of the one from the HPR is concave(like the bottom of an ice skate) while the one from the LPR is not.

I'm guessing I should go and see what the one in my valve looks like?

Ok i just checked the one in my valve. It is different than both the other two. It is clear like the one in the LPR. It is just a smigen taller than the one in the LPR. Its a lil thinner. And the whole in the center is much bigger than the one in the LPR.

At this point im thinking that the one in my valve and HPR are correct while the one in my LPR is not.

I am having the same problem with my B2K4 I cant get it over 250. The only mods I have done are vapor valve, HPR , Sonic LPR. It all occured when I changed my HPR and valve. I have tried swapping out regs with no success. Is it possible the cup seal (black magic) could be a little big or something? I am at my whits end with this thing. I have been working on it for over three weeks now.
