I'm just taking a quick poll to see what customers would want from us?

We're always looking for ways to make customers happier. It's been a while since we posted something like this.

So here's your chance to sound off and let us know what you want from us?

Better pricing??

Better turnaround time?

Better website?

New Products? If so what???

Faster replies to helpdesk?

Free stickers with every order? Smile

Let us knwo what you'd like to see and we'll see what we can do about making it happen!

Oh, and don't forget to vote on our poll on the first page!

Personally, the only thing keeping me from sending in my gun is the turn-around time. Paying an extra 100 bucks to get my gun back sooner is a deal breaker.

Right now turnaround on mods is awesome. It's the eye covers that keep delaying things.

Thatn $100 fee for "speed up" service is to deter people from bugging us. We used to get people that would send their guns in, then call us and tell us they needed it back like 2 days later and cuss and scream if it couldn't be done. Not to mention all the guys that try to schmooze us and kiss up so we'll do their guns faster.

Implementing that fee slowed that down greatly. But amazingly enough there have been a few guys that paid for it!

I'm not surprised...I am planning on sending you my gun for Vapor and R4 ram mods, but I only have one gun, and I go every weekend. Maybe in a month or so I'll take some time off... Wink

I'd like to see a break-beam trigger.

Instead of physically completing a circuit, breaking a beam of light would create the trigger event. I think this would result in a very consistant, very light and smooth trigger pull.

I think that is a pretty good idea, and very forward thinking! however it would be very sensitive to getting covered in paint...think about the eyes in a halo! To one up you, how about using a hall effect sensor? it uses magnetisim passing infront of a sensor, doesnt matter if is is coated in paint...would still work!

Would the magnets required for the trigger pull create any interferance? I just did a wikipedia search on it... cool stuff. Do you know if there's is a viable supplier of these sensors? They would need to create small, affordable switches. I hadnt' thought about paint getting in there... good thinking.

how about new firmware for the 2k4 boards that has adjustable ramping and semi modes. seems that no one is reccomending the 2k4 chaos boards anymore, and this is the reason.
