what i did, it is not pretty, but i cut slots down the feedneck. then put a hose clamp around that and just tighten it whenever i put the hopper on. believe me, it holds really tight. so basically, it is just an ugly, home-made clamping feedneck.

I was throwin' ideas around earlier...and grabbed a receipt out of my pocket, wrapped it around the hopper neck and crammed it into the feed neck. It's fittin' pretty snug...Now if I can figure out how to get it back off Laughing

Best fix I've done for any hopper is to take some epoxy, and basically 'build' more meat around the feed neck.. then, using sandpaper, sand it back down to be the snug fit you want.

Not all Epoxies are created equal, either, I would recommend the stuff that you have to mix up - better to take the time and do it right, than half-ass the job and have it come apart on you at a critical moment, like pushing back a bunkering move to win the game. Smile

That doesn't necessary correct it - sometimes you have to build up the feed neck anyway.

Not necessarily. I had an old Revy that NO clamping rise would grab hold of - I had to use electrical tape until I got creative with epoxy.

I love your sig, too, by the way. Smile
