Anyone have any experience with ordering from Vaporworks/Paintball Trader?

I ordered a wiring harness and chaos board for my 2k3 BKO back on the 14th. It was processed on the 16th and I've yet to receive anything or even a notification that it shipped. It's been 11 days!

Do they normally take this long? I've sent a few e-mails and have received no response...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's all well and good, but my credit card got charged on the 17th. I'm not sure you should charge before you ship it...

That doesn't make much sense. If they ship and your credit card gets declined, then the package is already on it's way and they are stiffed the amount of money owed.

It's like going to a restaurant and eating, then stiffing the restaurant on the bill because your payment form was declined.

I dunno. That might just be me, but charging and then shipping seems rational. IMHO as a consumer you have many more rights than a business does in money matters.

What I meant was they should charge, clear, and then ship soon afterwards. Not charge, clear, and then wait 11 days without returning e-mails.

If you look at the site, you'll see that it says it could take up to 2 weeks to ship your product, depending on availability.

Trust me, you'll get taken care of.

And.. they don't handle emails at all anymore. You have to use the trouble ticket system... link's "Help Desk" on the left hand side, towards the bottom:

paintballtrader.com/helpdesk/

Enjoy.

D.

They really don't make it clear as thier "contact us" link goes right to an e-mail form. I don't mind waiting (well, I do but what can ya do about it?) but a little clearer info would've been nice.

Anyway, they hooked me up before so I'm not worried that it'll never come. Just heavy with anticipation to get my marker up and running! I've got games coming up and I always feel like a tool when I borrow someone else's gun.
