Ok the reloader B is no longer jamming but double feeding. The detents are fine so I don't see why it's doing it but it wouldn't be a problem if I could turn the yes off.(yea the switch broke) I ordered an aftermarket board so I can either bypass the eyes or use my revy. But the revy only goes 10BPS so what would you recommend?

My gun is a BKO if that helps

What detents are you using? If you're using the stock ones, the Reloader B will double feed a lot.

Let me see if I understand:

PDS switch is broke, correct?
You have an aftermarket board, correct?
You have used solid & re-inforced detents, correct?

Your reloader b was jamming, but now it is not. But now, it is double feeding, correct?

My ?'s to you:
- Are you using a ram bumper/spacer?
May be causing bolt to bounce and push balls forward, (unlikely but it might).

- Is your hammer tight?
May be cauing mis-alignment, (unlikely but it might).

- Can you bypass your eyes?
If yes, then bypass and dry fire slowly and see if your bolt is bouncing after each shot. Also fire and see if bolt is creeping forward after each shot.

- Are you using a tall feedneck or a short?
Possibly the feed tube (loader or hopper) is a tad oversize and not stacking the properly (this is a long shot).

- It may be that the logic in the reloaders board is screwy and putting more force than needed on the drive cone, thus forcing paintballs past the detents.
If you have access to another reloader board (i.e. borrow a friends) swap them out and see if it still happens.

- For giggles check and make sure the spring under the drive cone isn't too tight.

- Are you using AA's or have you changed over to 9-volts?
If you are using 9 volts, the board may not be able to handle the different voltage.

- I hope this helps. This is how I would diagnose the problem if it were happening to me. I have 2 reloaders and have never experienced this problem.

well the jamming was the fact that it wasn't hereing the gun to well but I fixed that problem thanks to DodgecityDave Can't bypass the eyes yet so when my 2K6 chaos comes in I'll do that and check for bounces I'm using the stock feedneck not finding a problem there. springs fine I'm using the four battery brick hammer seems tight and most of the stuff you have described is fine but I'll check if the bolt bounces since there is rubber in there to fix rollback

ok well I found out the bolt doesn't seem to be bouncing but how should I fix that just incase??

you have to find a relatively quiet place to turn on the Reloader. If you have a bunch of those little kiddies that revel in dry firing on rebound/bounce then your reloader will set at a higher sensitivity. Try tuning it on in your car, in a building, etc. I use one and short of breaking cones on a regular basis it works fine on all my ICD markers. You might also check the tension of the cone preload. Just like a halo you can set it too light or too heavy.

As far as double feedeeding in a BKO! I remember those days very well. I had eye's installed and the balls would push past the eyes.

Resolve
I went to Home Depot/Lowes Hardware. I found solid rubber washers that were the same thickness as the stock detents. I notched the washer just wide enough to sit a little deeper into the detent slot. You can determine if it's enough by dropping a ball in the feed neck and see how far it rolls forward. If the balls don't stack directly on to of each other the nexk ball to feed will push the breached ball into the detents.

This mod works very well.

I don't have any BKO's left but I may have a washer or two. If you really try to find one and can't let me know. I'll send a couple.
