You can attach more then one LED, they just wont be as bright as they should be because another LED would be sucking up more juice and a 9v is bairly enough.

It's not that 9v isn't enough, the resistor attached to the LED limits the current going to the LED so if you attach more, even less is going to each one and they are dimmer. If you attached an LED directly to a 9v battery, you'd see a little puff of blue smoke and be left with a little useless ball of silicone.

With all the news surround Fluorescent Light Bulbs lately, it's obvious that these bulbs are dangerous. If you're less than a foot away with these bulbs, they give out "potentially" harmful radiation. I don't care how far away I am from these things, so I'm going to get rid of all of these "Environmentally Friendly" light bulbs. I even find it a joke that they are going to ban Incandescent bulbs soon, and only let us buy these Cancer Emitting Bulbs (there's the typical government for ya).

Anyways, my question is if should I go back to Incandescent (I don't care, the government can kiss my a**) or buy some new LED bulbs and where. And are there any that produce no radiation whatsoever, or out of those two, which one produces the least radiation? Thanks.

This is a paintball forum and the LEDs in question by the op are 5mm, this in no way pertains to household lighting at all.

Anyway Lowes and Home Depot both sell LED spot lights, not sure if they carry the standard house lamp screw-in style yet. www.amazon.com/LED-60-...B0021INMXQ

If your worried about the radiation from a light bulb then I do not recommend going outside on high CME days!

that poster is a spambot. the keyword was LED so the bot put in the ad. there is no correlation between the poster and paintball.
