After shooting about a case of paint through my bko I"ll start to get a leak from the noid as if the lpr is over pressurizing it. So I turn the lpr down a little more and it stops leaking. I've had to turn down my lpr twice after each case of paint. My hpr is set at 250 and lpr is set all the way till it leaks and back till it stops leaking. Any ideas of what it could be or what I could do to stop it? Confused

Could also be creeping from your LPR. If you take apart your LPR, clean then re-lube it. That may solve your problem.

Yeah, what he said...

And while it is apart icpect the cup seal real close. Put it back in facing the opposite way and see if that helps. There may be a defect in it you cannot see.
