Well actually there is another way that I just thought of, the front of an AR 3 pos stock is threaded. You could get a machine shop to thread the upper tube to match. I got mine for like <$20 on ebay.

so i found a few more stocks. JCS makes a wide selection of mounting options.

this is one they make for spyders but it looks like it should work for us.

here are the ones that mount under the frame

SpecialOps paintball sells a T2W stock. The problem is it's $135. Looks like it would work great, but I can't afford that.

I've wanted a SpecOps Dagger Vest (made by Cops911) for a while now. It has the tank in a good location, it holds qpods, and it has a water bladder.

Me want.

If nothing else, I'm buying some flat steel bar, bending it into shape and welding a framework on it. I'll then cover it with some epoxy "clay" stuff and fiddle with it from there. I've actually seen pics from a guy who used the epoxy stuff to make a stock that also held his q-loader in place. That was pretty cool.

Here's how it looks with the qloader:

I have a shorter hose. I'm tinkering to see which one works better.

And yes, that's a freak kit with an Apex tip Very Happy I love it.

So, where do you hold the thing? I mean I usually hold my gun by the frame and the HPR, but that looks close to impossible with that set up. So how do you do it.

Oh and your gonna durabake that ASA right?

The Q-Loader is sturdy as a rock. I usually grab onto the bracket, but it's not ideal. Once I get a stock, I'll probably attach the Q-Loader to that.

And yes, the ASA and rail are on my list of things to DuraCoat. That has to wait for the end of the holidays, though Wink

compulsion, noticed your using the cms bracket to mount the q-loader.. i have the same bracket and also the 15* asa. can you flip the bracket upside down and bend it that wayyou could get it right under the barrel and parrallel to it? that is what im thinking of doing with it, but havent tried yet so don't know if it s possible.

i also managed to get a bushmaster threaded warpfeed feedneck adapter. mhuaaa! that with a proteams warpfeed adapter should cut down the top profile ALOT!.

proteams adapter:

warpfeed feedneck for bushmaster:

and here is a pic of the t2w.. yeah saw this too. would love to get it, but 135!!! is a bit to much.
