searched, didn't help, I aired up my bko, heard a leak, from right behind the on/off switch, I knew it was the noid, took the trey off, aired it up, sure enough was the noid. It was a little leak, then I took it off, cleaned the gasket (soap, hot water) dried it off, put it back on, even a bigger leak. Whats wrong?

I just hadthe same problem,,, I tightened the screws and nothing worked the seal was fine , no cracks tears nothing, I went to the local auto store and bought some "Gasket Sealant Type 1" by VersaChem. Carefully put that on both sides of the gasket, not obscuring the holes that air flows through, but thoroughly covering the edges, a tad of locktite on the screws , put it back in place tighten until you cant without stripping those tiny screw heads, give it a few minutes and air it up while dissasembled just to check and make sure there were no leaks and air was moving and the let it set over night. Aired it up the next day and put 500 rounds through it with out a leak insight. Just a thought. Kind of a permanant solution.
