if you are only looking for part# 15, there should be a spare that came with your gun.

Holy smokes, your actually from Kuala Lumpur?

If the valve stem broke, then you have a serious issue. It's too bad that no one seems to be handling the warranty work for the Lasoya ProMasters. As far as finding a seat they should be a hard neoprene washer. Should be able to find a replacement at a hardware store.

Other than that, I can only suggest ordering a new valve like the eBay valve or getting a second hand one.

Yes i'm from Kuala Lumpur playing wtih my team Raiders now our team will be playing in Div 2 next year in our own national paintball league.

i think there's nothing wrong with the valve...that's what my friend told me. may be the valve o-ring. I'm not sure also. Where can i get the hard neoprene washer?? coz i try hard to find it and most of the paintball store here don't have it. Can u help me to find it...?
tq

I know it isn't exactly the best timing for you with the Time Zone difference, but you can always call ICD tomorrow and ask them what sized neoprene washer is used for the Lasoya ProMaster seal.

Phone number:
1.208.468.0446

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.

Given the time zone change it'll be around midnight your time that you can call. I would ask for Vik or Tyler.

Another thing you might want to check is the cylinder ram head. I have seen where it starts to unscrew and will hold the valve open enough to leak. You will notice that problem more when you seem to have prolblems setting your lpr. Also, if you seal is bad, just turn it around. Good luck.
