Are they Ion / generic threads or real bushy threads?
Will an unsanded Halo fit?

They're Ion/Impulse threads. NW Paintball Products never made the feednecks in true bushy threads.

I had one of these for a bushy when they first came out and it seems it fit a revvy with the o-rings in, and if you took out the o-rings a halo would go in. I didn't have any problem with it threading into my bushy. I'm not sure if other than threads they are the same as the one I have on my Angel LCD, but the Angel one also fits a Halo with the o-rings out.

I don't know if they'll fit an unsanded halo. My guess is if you remove the orings then they will, but they won't fit the halo well.
These came out about the same time mine did and that was before the halo's day, so they were designed to fit the revvy.
As far as threading, they were advertised to fit bushy, angel and impulse. The threads are very similar on all of them, so ND designed them to have threads that would fit all three guns.
After a quick look at airsoldier I remember what they called them. They were actually called Bushmaster Plus necks as they'd fit more than one gun.

I was one of the first guys around to have these and I've sold a ton of them.

I got them to fit in a gen 3 and a B2k3 just fine, but I had a hard time fitting it in a Nasty Impulse due to shoulder size mis-match. However, the threads on the Imp were already stripped, so it worked out fine when I press fit it into the body with a hydraulic press. I've also used these several times in cocker conversions where I shave off the old feedneck, and tap the remaining bit of the old press-fit feedneck.
A sanded Halo should fit fine, but it's ABSOLUTELY necessary to grease the o-rings before pushing it in. I've had to chip the cracked remains out before, and it's no fun.
I had a metric o-ring kit from harbor freight, and I would always switch the top o-ring out with one that had a slightly larger ID from that kit in every bushmaster I owned. This made it easier to get my halo in and out of the feedneck.

My stock feedneck for a B2k3 had threads that measured .799 and the threads for my Bushmaster measured .807.
