Hi, Ive had my Bushmaster for over a year now, and one day I aired it up and it just started leaking out the solenoid pretty bad. Ive tried refitting the solenoid and gasket to the manifold, no fix. I'm pretty sure it's not just bleeding because the pressure is around 200 and whenever I turn the LPR up enough to even cock the bolt back it starts leaking, and leaks more the more I turn it up. I was forced to play with it like that, and I noticed it shot fine until I shot more than like 5bps, then the shots had less and less velocity until they just flopped out. Not sure if that helps or not...thanks in advance!

Clean your LPR and replace the O-rings. You'll want to try lubricating your gasket and manifold O-rings as well.

Ok, I'm able to unscrew the adjustment, and theres a spring behind it and some white thing that I can get out with a needlenose and pulling. How do I get the rest out? I've read the ICDU and it uses a lot of lingo I have no clue what it is, and in the LPR breakdown it talks about the 'back half of the reg' and a 'silver cap'. Where are these and how do I get them out?

you have to unscrew the body of the reg. You just took out the adjuster and are looking at the piston. If you can't unscrew the body by hand (regular threads, left = loose) you will need a strap wrench. If you value the look of your makrker for God's sake dont use a metal wrench! The silver cap is on the end of the LPR once you take it out. If you unscrew that you will find the rest of the pieces of the lpr. Remove those pieces and you should be able to push the piston out the back of the reg through the hole. I'm sure there's a diagram of the LPR somewhere in the manuals and files section of the site. Check the upper left corner.

Mmmk I got all that apart and just got my o-rings shipped, now should I use dow 33 or 55 on the lpr, valve, gasket etc?

I use Dow 33 on the piston and put just a light film on the brass cup and seal. Gasket? On the LPR? maybe an o-ring. You can lube it if you want...

Alright I lubed every part in the gun that needs be, and replaced every o-ring, and I get the same leak from the noid. Is the noid blown?

I am having the exact same problem with my Bushmaster. Did you ever figure out how to fix? i've totally cleaned and lubed the lpr as well as remove, clean and reinstall the noid and gasket. Exact same results that you had. As soon as I adjusted the lpr up to the point it kicked the bolt back, the noid started leaking again. My marker will fire but the velocities are way out of whack. 290 on one shot then 220 the next and back up again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
