Lol, by putting those cocker detents in there, he's made it even HARDER to find a set of eye covers for a ST

how quick we are to judge? i think the cocker detents are better than the oring ones that came stock. and if Danny Love/Rennick Miller had this but retrofitted the detents, i.e. a professional job, then who cares? how many of us have changed guns because we didn't like them, or it didn't feel right? the eye covers suck that even if they where there, they wouldn't fit. look at the Build Off, some of us are going to do new drivetrains, totally new internals, would they be not stock, like this ST? would something that could be hundreds of dollars be worthless because its not stock? the pictures don't really show the detail to the detents, so we are judging early, but if you take the Build Off philosophy to this gun, its already there. hell, how many of us take the stock HPR off the gun, and never look back? why, cause the HPR sucks, that's why. Evil or Very Mad

pox to all that think its ruined, cause it doesn't matter anymore. stock generally was less than what what we do to a gun to IMPROVE it. i would gladly take this and fix better eye covers and shoot it with joy.

I agree with everything you're saying. Except in this instance, there are a few issues.

First. I doubt they were professionally done. If they were, there would be some matching eye covers.

And the ST's didn't use the stock oring detents. They were already custom made to take intimidator detents.

I'm just saying for a collector standpoint, it's worthless to me because it is not stock. If it was completely hot-rodded out, that would be another story. But since it would be a nice piece without the detent mods, it makes it less valuable in my eyes.

Also, incase anyone was wondering, that Blue Eclipse I picked up in in AWESOME condition. Minus the regs (which I just so happened to run into someone with a parts eclipse, with all matching regs, and the barrel) there is hardly a scratch on it.

Although the noid and LCD are broken. I had to swap those out.

Overall, very happy with it.

yeah, i'm with FGb on this. I retract my earlier statement, I wouldn't give $75 for it. Might give $60 for it just for the LCD parts and other bits. I hate it when a PL gets fondled, molested or otherwise touched inappropriately.
