I think I found a possible answer on my issue. just got a B2K4 and the highest I got it to Chrono at was 220 and that was pushing almost 400 PSI on the reg and the LPR all the way up, I couldn't even do the leak down the barrell and back the LPR to set the LPR it was screwed all the way in I tried backing it out and all the way in again. nothing worked, I tried switching LPR's with my 04 BKO with it and my CP reg from it and still nothing, and with the settings on the BKO it fired a consistent 275-280 range. I read the valve screw could be backed out a bit just not all to familiar on where that would be, or just can't think of it right now. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn the HPR to 250psi and LPR 1/2-1/4 turn back of solenoid bleed off.

400psi infront of the valve face is just too much pressure and the valve wont open enough.

I'll do the 250 PSI as well, I can't get my LPR to do a bleed though, so I have no idea whats up with that, I also did check the valve, any other idea's on what it could be if these fixes do not work, don't have a chrono at home and haven't had a chance to go out and chrono it.

Thanks for the help

Well more bad news, with it set at 250 on the HPR and the LPR nice and lubed it still wouldn't get above 130, good part is it was consistant on 130ish so yeah kinda bummed out on that, and I know the LPR is good cause my BKO's LPR was leaking(just the main seal I think) and i put the Bushmaster's in and it worked like a dream all day, but i think i'm going for broke on the Bushmaster and just gunna send it into Vaporworks and get it completely fixed up and good to go, and also that way I can get the PDS wiring fixed on it as well. if you have any idea's for me to try in the mean time please feel free to let me know. and thanks a lot to everyone who gave me some advice.

Is everything on your gun lubed? HPR, LPR, ram and selenoid. I had a problem with my stock LPR too. It just won't screw in enough bleed. I rebuilt it and lubed it and even sent it to Goldie. I would suggest lubing the whole gun and trying it again before sending it in for repairs. What lube are you using?

The hammer may be obstructed.

Solutions:
1. Clean the ram.
2. Make sure bolt can move freely (no burrs)
3. Make sure your detents are not blocking bolt

I'm using gun butta, I did just relube the LPR, and the Bushmaster LPR works fine once I relubed it and everything, the HPR is relatively new, maybe like 2000 shots on it, I had my CP reg on there only other thing I haven't done is the ram and selenoid
