Anybody watching this bill that was passed without us knowing much about it? The NDAA bill. Look it up, Obama and his crew are just continuing Bush's trend of killing our rights. As a patriot I think it is time to act and stop sitting back and watching our country get destroyed.

Is that the one that got attached to a bill that was guaranteed to pass? The one about being able to indefinitely holding US citizens without charging them?

This bill hasn't really hit me as hard as SOPA. Now that's a stupid bill.

Quite true (SOPA is bad I agree but the fact that no precedence has really been set for Piracy on the internet this I feel is worse.)but as I said continuing the previous administration's trend of taking our liberties and flushing them down the toilet. This is no longer Dems vs Reps or what have you, this is now two socialistic administrations little by little slipping in Marxist laws and views and the majority of the public Saying "Oh well, at least we haven't been hit in a while."

We have just crossed that line where we can not return. Don't get me wrong I am not a conspiracy guy. I usually laugh at those guys but man this is hairy stuff hidden in bills made in the back rooms and under the tables. We now more than ever have to watch what we say on the phones(which is what I pretty much said when wire tapping scandals came out in the open like ten years ago.) what we write on the internet(so if you don't hear from me ever again you know what happened.) and if they just expect that you may have terrorist ties you go away and are never heard of. They can keep you indefinitely where ever they want to take you. Off shore, here, there, anywhere and guess who will be responsible of keeping those citizens in check? The military. It seems rather convenient with us having a draw down all of a sudden when things aren't finished and multiple generals(retired and active) from the different branches have urged them not to because the job isn't finished.

So here is the conspiracy in my head right now. The administration knows that The military "Serves the people of the United States." and not the Govt per say. If there was anything to happen where there was a secret police established(Gestapo style) for marshal law The Military would protect the civilians first and the Govt last unless ordered by the brass. The only problem is we still have the ability to disobey an unlawful order. Now under threat of death I believe that most of us would still disobey the orders but a few would lay down their weapons and join figuring that life would be better than horrible death. So now we come to the draw down. A lot of military folks are getting kicked out for every reason possible even non-military related stuff. The less personnel there is the easier it is to topple the military and gain total control.

I know this sounds far fetched but things are lining up pretty bad for us right now no matter what may truly be happening.

Just a crazy late on Christmas Eve night.

I understand that piracy is essentially stealing music, I just think it is not really fair to punish google, facebook, and whatnot for sites that are run out of other countries.
