Set the lpr like it says in the manual or the cocker way and then adjust your hpr till your shooting however fast you want to shoot.

Sweetspotting is finding the HPR pressure that gives you the max velocity before it drops off. most bushmasters that is 225-275.

Add some aftermarket stuff that have highflow and that number will drop to closer to 200psi.

At the chrono set your LPR to 90 HPR 175. Shoot 6 balls or so, record the average velocity. Turn the HPR up 15-25psi, shoot 6 more and record the velocity.
The velocity will stop going higher at a certain psi, should be somewhere in the 200-275PSI range. In fact your velocity will go down after a certain point. The PSI range that "your velocity stops increasing is the HPR's sweetspot"
Lots of factors contribute such as valve, air source, Dwell, Hpr type and so on. If your LPR/dwell is setup correctly your HPR's sweetspot will give you the best shots per tank for your setup.

after you find the sweetspot range for the HPR. How do you suggest adjusting your FPS?

*edit* I know what the sweetspot is, but isn't there a chance that the sweetspot of the HPR will result in too low or too high of FPR? That's why I ask how you would go about adjusting your velocity. Would you need to adjust the LPR from 90? *edit*

Kdawg - yep your Dwell, and LPR are the next things you will need to adjust to acheive the velocity required.
