Dirty Nasty Gas. That's what I have to say but it is all I can get here in Wyoming. I am running a Palmer Fatty Stabilzer and it does an excellent job and of course an SP anti-siphon tank. Got a filter hooked in between my ASA and reg. Palmer's Reg is great except it gets awful cold when shooting ropes. Other than that I think it is a great setup. At least no problems thus far.

I just want to hear from your folks that are still running CO2 either due to availablity issues or preference and what you do to combat the negative effects of CO2.

reg it, dual reg if possible, and you have the best reg for it already. I have a 20oz. tank that I use as backup on my b2k4. If you use co2 only, I would get a female stab and set it up about 100 psi over your operating pressure and use the fatty to fine tune it. Filter in between Anti-siphon optional. The key is to get your pressure between the regs to be under 500 psi, as CO2 refuses to stay liquid below that pressure. Of course that's going to vary with temperature, so if you are playing in colder weather (<45 degrees) your pressure would need to be lower. I don't know where you are at in WY, but there is a guy in Afton that does compreesed air fills, and compressed air will save you money in the long run.

Only 386 miles to Afton from Laramie. I am debating getting a 3k HPA tank but they are just so damn expensive. I can get SCUBA tanks filled and I allready have 15 of those (P-Units used to SCUBA) but I would have to get them Hydrostatically Tested and get a fill station, and I don't know if I am completely comfortable with that whole setup. 3000 psi is no joke.

I will think things over this winter I suppose as I am unable to play due to the cold :(.

Any other input is more than welcome. Anyone out there do alot of SCUBA fills and have some thing add?
