I just got a new harness, installed it, and everything worked fine. Picked it up this morning....and I get no noid click. I know it isnt the eyes. I opened it up, checked and resoldered all the connections....still nothing.

Any ideas are appreciated.

EDIT: Just realized this should be in problem/tech. could someone move it?

Tongue test isn't really that accurate.. try a new battery, or at least get a multimeter and check the voltage on the battery.

Have you double-checked that the switch is actuating? I.e. with a stock board, is the LED turning OFF when you pull the trigger? Could be you're riding the edge of microswitch activation, and it's slightly adjusted itself (can happen, if you don't have loctite on your set screws).

Was the new harness the stock one I sent to you? I can't remember..

Hmm...I dont remember you sending me a harness, Darryl. lol.

Anyway, yeah I'me sure its actuating...

I still have yet to try a new battery because I haven;t been able to get one, but thats my next move.

Also, I'm running a blinking LED, does that suck up more battery than a normal? I think im going to switch to a solid LED anyway, easier to tell if the switch actuates.

A blinking LED? Different. It might suck up more battery power, but to e honest, I've yet to see a BLINKING LED - usually they're solid on or off, and blinking is handled through electronics. Are you shooting a chaos board?

And.... is this a BKO or a Bushmaster? solenoid wiring polarity *does* matter on a bko, but not on a Bushmaster.

Nope it's a Bushmaster, so polarity isn't an issue. and No, its not a chaos lol. I know, I was kinda surprised when I put it in as well, but somehow it blinks. No matter what I do. consistently. And i read the package, says right there "Red Blinking LED" so...I dunno.

Lol now that I think of it tho, the blinking function could be used to fool people into thinking i have an aftermarket board Smile

I finally got the noid clicking. the problem was a wire connection afterall. Now to just get the pds harness in, and I'll be all set Smile

thanks for the help guys.
