Hey guys,
I have a Freestyle that has some buna o-rings where there should be urethane o-rings. It has the 05 HE Bolt kit so I'd like to buy some for them.
I believe I need:
2 x 017, 70 D, urethane
1 x 006, 90 D, urethane
Please let me know if you have spares! I'd like to buy some off you.
Thanks,
Matt

Apparently the 006 90D urethane o-ring is the one they have in the compressed air fill nipples. This should work right? paintballgateway.com/c...nio5p.html
If you guys need any, paintballgateway's got some.

Try McMaster-Carr: www.mcmaster.com/#o-rings/
Plug these part numbers in if you want to go straight to the ones I think you're looking for:
017 in Shore A 70: 9558K54
006 in Shore A 90: 9558K611
Hmmm... Paintball Gateway is much cheaper for the 006 o-ring. They no doubt buy in bulk. But it could be an o-ring made to a lower spec. A while back, McMaster used to stock Mil-spec and non-Mil-spec o-rings and they price difference was huge.
Just a side note though, 90 Durometer o-rings used to be the factory spec for the bolt in older Dye DM markers (DM6-7), on all the modern ones (DM 9,10) the spec is for 70. It was something they said their techs found either didn't make a diff and just made it more expensive. I wouldn't be too worried about it if you can't find the 90 durometer 006 o-ring unless you're having a problem. Anyway, hope this helps.

Definitely need the 90d on the valve stem. The softer 70d will "blow-out" and cause the stem to get jammed up. Learned that the hard way... several times over.

anyone know the difference between cast and milled polyurethane o-rings? On oringsusa website, they recommend NOT to use the cheaper milled urethane o-rings on paintball markers...

the cheaper orings tend to have a small ridge right at the middle of the oring. they do not always seal and it causes more friction on moving parts
