I was airing up my FS8 to pop off some shots in my garage, and I noticed that it was basically autofiring when you pulled the trigger.

Sometimes it would fire one shot, other times it would fire multiple and if you hold it in the correct spot, it will stay full auto.

I have set the board to semi, dwell = 10, debounce = 11, max GROF - 15.

I went through and reset the regs, but that did not change anything.

I attached a video of it. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

hows the trigger set? you might have it set really soft and short so just the kick of the gun makes it shoot again

Sounds 100% like trigger adjustment/spring.

ya seems like a bounce issue... its either the micro switch or the board.. not any thing to do with air

It has a decent amount of travel, and it is not a light pull, it is actually kind of hard to walk.

I will see if I can adjust the set screw out a little. I will also see if the switch is loose or something.

Ok, well it seems the board is the issue. I replaced the microswitch, and it is still rapid firing on me.

I also resoldered all of the pin connections on the ICs.

Anyone have an fs8 board lying around??? (creating a wtb thread in bst)

Is it a predator lite board in there now?

is the bolt that holds the drive train in the marker tight.. if this is to tight the bolt wont seat back and it can cause a bounce effect
