well you could just say 25 like 1/4 way up the field.... but nobody really says 25 but just use the bunker name..

Different strokes for different folks I guess.. 50's pretty much universal; when my team plays, we use '90' as the opposing team's first set of bunkers, '80' as the next.. the second number is the position from left to right - i.t. '91' would be the far back left bunker.. 92 would be the next one to the right of that bunker.. 93 one more bunker over again..

You'll also hear 'can', 'juicebox', 'dorito', 'snake', 'brick', 'tombstone', and a bunch of others that are shape-specific.

It is not used by every player. Most teams have their own systems.

Alot of times you hear "mirror", which means on the opposite side of the field in the same bunker. The majority of times it is like a football field, and the bunker names are close to what darryl said or they are pretty self-explanitory.

The snake runs up the side of the field and is only about two to three feet high and is a pretty crucial spot. Alot of times fields use a row of doritos on the opposite side of the field. I'm not sure what most people call them, but my old team we called the "dags" and another just used "Dorito 1, 2, and 3..."

The system Darryl mentioned is very good, but on my part I react better to the names than numbers. All personal preference.
