The first time I took my BKO to the field it worked great..But...over the weekend I was practicing in my back yard, trying to shoot as fast as possible, and after shooting a couple of hoppers, I detected a loud leak. It seems to be coming from the top of the grip frame, close to the on/off switch. Should I send it back? Or does it sound like an easy fix? Please keep in my mind I am not too familiar with the BKO.. THANKS.

You'll have to take it apart and isolate the leak. Detatch the grip frame and tray from the main body by removing the four allen-headed screws on the tray. Then, gas up your gun and feel/listen for the leak. Post back and tell us where it is at exactly (by the solenoid, the blue line where it attaches to the ram, etc) and we'll help you out!

What's the tray and if I take it apart will it void my warranty?

Taking the tray off the gun should not void the warrenty, other wise then I am screwed too. Might be the noid, just tighten the two screws that hold the noid to the ram assembly, but dont tighten it to much though. If you do over tighten you might damage something and then thats an other problem for you to take care of.

Your solenoid is loose, just loctite it on there or use nail polish and you should be good.

Could someone please explain in laymans terms what I need to do here? Please remember that I just upgraded from a 32* Rebel to the BKO, therefore I am not familiar with the parts associated with my new marker.
Thank you kindly.

take everything apart.

you see the solenoid (has 2 wires coming out of it and is small grey and plastic, attached to the underbelly of the ram)

unscrew those 2 on the bottom of the solenoid

tahe the solenoid off

put some loctite or nail polish on the end of the screw, make sure not to get any on the gasket (flexy rubbery part)

re screw it back in and screw it on tight

let it dry overnight

there you go
