This is a BKO noid (I just used is cause I already had it on the table). Not exactly the same as the bushmaster noid but it will give you the basic idea.

Start by removing the noid from the manifold.

Remove the screws for the valve cap (these are on the opposite end from the wires). Don't mess with the other side, lots of tiny crap in there you don't want to lose.

Carefully, I must stress CAREFULLY, use a small allen key to gently wedge out the valve stem. You can then grab it with your fingernails and pull it out.

Use a quetip to clean the inside of the valve and wipe down the valve stem. Look for damage to the orings or gunk in the valve body holes.

Then lube and reassemble. I always use Dow 55 to ensure a good seal from the oring swelling abilities of the Dow 55 but you use what you want to.

Be gentle with this and take your time. The parts are tiny and can be damaged easily rendering the solenoid useless.

Good luck.

Nick

That is a mechanical trip (I've also heard it called a reset). If you push that it will cylce the valve stem. If you ever have issues with your noid clicking but not actually cylcing under pressure, press the button. It will cycle the valve stem. This could clear out an obstruction or get things unstuck.

I use it to test to see if my marker is shooting, without having to hook up wires.

It's like a manual over-ride.

I dont know what to think. The marker airs up bolt go's back but now the noid just clicks will not cycle. it will when I push the red button? When it doe's cycle it will not shoot paint ( just barley clears barrel) The noid still will not purge when the lpr is scerwed all the way in? Any more suggestions? I am about to ship it to someone to see if they can fix it?
