So I've had the same goggle system for 7 years now and I've grown to love it. I just replace the lens every year or so. The foam that goes around the frame and abuts my face is starting to wear though.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I should use to "ghetto rig" the foam with replacement. I was thinking of using self stick foam weather stripping has anyone else got any good ideas?

Just buy a new frame. They aren't too expensive. That foam gets funk-ay after a while. I can't imagine after 7 years.

They sell new Flex frames w/ a lense for $30ish at our local shop. Funny thing is a whole new Flex 7 is only $65 at our shop. If it were mine I'd just replace teh whole mask after that long.

Self adhesive foam weather stripping. Cut your utility bills and play paintball on the cheap!

Just be aware that you want the seam to be about the bridge of your nose.

I know this thread is old, but I just wanted to let you know that I must be ghetto too. I bought a brand new proflex. But...that said I glued weather strip to my old flex and I usually wear my 7 old one rather than the new one. Lol.
