The necks don has I'm sure would fit your Halo. But if your really worried about it just got to www.akalmp.com and buy an AKA neck. They are the VERY best in my opinion. One of the very few necks who's threads are an accurate match to ICD threads...some neck threadings are close but you run the risk of stripping and damaging the neck and or body. For the price there is no comparison to the AKA, I think they are $20...just my opinion though....there is one on my new eclipse project if you want to see a picture.

So the body was stripped? Its going to be tuff to get any feedneck in there if the body is stripped.

You may have to JB weld one in there. It isn't a tuff job. Its done all the time on Intimidators. If you need some advice let me know and I'll tell you how to do it. As long as it is done well and cleanly you will never know it was JB welded in. Now down side is that you won't be able to remove the feedneck any more.

Side note, I really like the CCM feednecks alot. They have never let me down. I would like to pick up an AKA feedneck too as they look sharp.

Na not really good for halos - I sold my halos a long time ago, just too bulky. So I have only vlocity's. I have the AKA thats the problem with Velocity you have to crank them down so much to fit the smaller neck. I just swaped the neck out to the NWP Necks

OK well that is good then. Yeah either AKA or CCM are your best bet.

yeah, the feedneck debate has been going on for quite some time. I have a leverlock promaster neck on my x-mill. not the best thread match, but with a bit-o-loktite on there it does ok. but.....if the feedneck falls off and strips and smashes my loader, i have only myself to blame. Smile

I have heard, and I have not confirmed this personally that the current CCM necks are very very close in match to the bushmaster threads, but not 100%

I understand the AKA necks are dead on, or as close as you can get with out having the ICD stamp-o-approval. only draw backs to the AKA is, no lever lock and only comes in black.
