I have both superlube grease and oil. I use the grease on pistons, and oil on anything you want to move fast, like ram etc.

I started out using dow 33, but after digging it out of multiple solenoids that did not work, I stopped using it.

So, seper lube grease at harbor freight and oil at radio shack? I think I used to have one of those RS "precision oilers" that I used on slot cars.

Can you give a rundown on which parts you use each product?

thanks!!!

Grease in regs just a little. My GBR rams came with the grease in them too. I use a little on the valve pin too.
Oil on freestyle bolts only, you could use it on the Bushmaster ram too it just wont last as long as the thin smear of super lube grease

Dont waste your money! Lube is lube up to a point and it doesnt gum up the works or swell the orings -I dont care if its got monkey turds or fairy dust Smile I get markers all the time that are filled wirh broken paint and goo. A few minutes cleaning and proper tuning will produce much better results than any over priced lube with a fancy label or some dont even have a lable. Most all these places just buy a 5 gallon of .... and fill up little plastic containers plus they have kids hype it as something new! They take thier 40 dollar bucket of generic synthetic grease and turn it into 400 dollars plus!

never liked slick honey, I have been rolling with molykote 33 light, which is just a tad thinner than normal 33. I also use a fair share of lurker lube.

I agree with VDUB also..i've been using slick honey for years with no issue.. I mix it with a little bit of pmi oil if i need it to be a bit thinner (for moving seals) or use it "as is" for most non moving seals. I live in cali so extreme cold isn't an issue like vdub stated. i use dow55 on non moving seals if i need to swell the oring a bit to fix a leak.
