FSP down? Boo.

Yeah, the regs are off balance and the LPR is goofed up. It is on hold now because the snatch grip popped out somewhere. I hope it is in the bottom of my gear bag, but it is probably off somewhere between the chrono and the staging area.

There are diamonds in the rough. There are two guys with G6Rs that are pretty good. One of the G6R guys was using a Geo in the morning. I got him with the thundercat. I was pretty stoked about that. I duked it out on the snake several time with the red mini guy. There was also the guy with the sliver PM8 with gold accents. He was good also. Out of my party, Quinn and Greg are the good players. I do end up shooting up alot of rentals though. I like that he does that too. How often is the owner of the field reffing AND taking pictures all day. I really need to get on face book.

Not only did I bestow ICD on a loanee, it was his first time playing.

Other, more off-topictry related news. Here are some mounted squirrels.

That squirrel mounting guy must be crazy. It makes me think of the janitor in Scrubs. As I looked at his entire site, I was busting up. His neighborhood my be completely devoid of rodents.

Squirrels have less of a whang than your average rat. Just as greasy, though.

Yeah, not a fan of small animals either. Especially grasshoppers. I have an irrational fear of grasshoppers getting into my ear.

And there's my cue to recant a pointless cricket story.

One summer I went up to Bogus Basin (outside of Boise) for a friend's wedding. I was driving with a few of my other buddies and as we were driving up the mountain there were all these huge Jerusalem crickets lining the road sunning themselves(and/or mating). The van we were in was going crunch, crunch, crunch all the way up to the top(it was like a cicada infestation, cept it was only at a certain elevation level). We stopped at one point and I got out and grabbed a cricket and put it into a empty coffee cup. When we got back into Boise we went to this bar/restaurant and I remembered about my friend I grabbed. I went back to the van and brought the coffee cup back to our patio table and let the cricket go in one of these planters they had on the patio. Out waitress saw me do this and started freaking out and she went and told her manager that I was releasing these crickets in the restaurant. She came back and told me never to do that again and a bunch of other nonsense about how, by bringing one cricket down from the mountain, I had pretty much signed a death warrant for Boise and that before the end of the night there were probably going to be billons of these crickets over running the town and causing mass panic and fire and brimstone and all that other good stuff. I think I tried to explain to her that if those crickets wanted to overrun Boise, they would have already done that by now, but she didn't listen because I was an a hole anyway.

That is ridiculous. You would think you were bringing the plague of locusts or something. I bet she was worried that you were going to make rain blood or turn the nearest river to blood.

now, that would be cool, making it rain blood. i think that's more environmentally safer than acid rain.

It would probably be good for the soil too. Really, I don't understand what the waitress was worried about. Probably would have been a win-win for everybody.
