So,

I found a never bought 04 bko handed down from a closed paintball store, to one that's in business. Bought it for $50 and got it home aired it up, and it shot for a good while but then it just stopped. I looked up some other troubleshooting threads and tried the basics, so here's where I'm at

Solenoid clicks
Solenoid leaks when I crank the pressure
Ripped the solenoid apart and reassembled
still acts the same

New noid? Or potential ram issue?

Have you lubed the HPR and LPR. The ram might be stuck too. After sitting for so long, some of the lube may have gummed up.

try a new battery first.

I'd definitely apply new lube though as well

There was no battery in the gun, so I started out with a fresh one.

The hpr is a brand new sidewinder I've had sitting around and I haven't checked out the lpr. I'll try re lubing everything today and see if that helps.

You say the solenoid leaks when you crank up the pressure. What are you running on the hpr? The solenoid is supposed to vent when it's over pressurized. I used to run my bko around 210 & then chrono with the lpr. That always worked good for me. Without it aired up can you move the bolt & ram with your hand?

At 300+ it started to leak, I had it cycling at 150ish but currently it's set at 200.

And yeah the bolt and ram move freely when it's got air. The only odd thing is when I push the bolt backwards past it's at rest position it gets stuck on the end of the upper body tube.

300 is way too high, 150-200 is more int he range you'll be needing to operate at.

Yeah 300 is way high. Is it the bolt pin getting hung in the slot? Could be a milling mistake from the factory if that's the case.

Ok, so with it set at 200 it no longer leaks but still won't cycle?
