Solenoid is leaking from the small hole in the center of solenoid body that faces the board when gassed up. Hpr is set between 285-300 psi, lpr it's set between 80-90 psi. Replaced all o rings in marker already and all reg seats and hoses for solenoid. Has an air America Messiah hpr. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it stop venting if you lower the LPR pressure? You can pull the solenoid apart check for a bad oring and/or grease it. Has the gun sat for an extended period of time? If so it probably just needs lube.

To start, the HPR is a bit high. You should be setting it below 250psi. More like 220-240.

Do you have a Lasoya PM? Is that how you know your LPR pressure? That LPR pressure is right in the ballpark if you have a gauge telling you that. If that's your LPR pressure you shouldn't need to do anything there there.

I'd air up the marker with half of the grip frame off the marker (the right side of the grip frame) and press the red button on the solenoid. Might help readjust the solenoid.

Or you could try manually moving the bolt around while you air it up.

One last thing to try. Sometimes when I'd readjust my LPR I'd need to increase it pretty high to get it to cock the bolt back. I'd start w it at zero, (and the bolt would be forward, not cocked back) and as I'd turn it up, the solenoid would bleed off like crazy (i.e. leak) until a certain point where the bolt would suddenly cock back and then the leaking would stop. I don't know why that was, just a sticky pilot section in the solenoid I guess. Try that out. Turn up the pressure on the LPR until the bolt cocks back on it's own.

hpr sounds a tad high... how do you know lpr psi?

aside from that I second the opinion above.

edit post above was eviladam... eeyore and I must have been typing same time... eeyore is also on right track
