There are a few possibilities for that problem.

A good start would be to carefully disassemble and clean and lube up the LPR and HPR. Also, clean and lube the bolt assembly.

I'm not all that familiar with FSs but if the LPR is not putting out any pressure, I believe air will just leak out the bolt.

I'd suggest following the manual as far as setting up the HPR and LPR. It requires gradual adjustments.

I'd suggest starting with the HPR at zero pressure and the LPR adjusted so that it will output some pressure as soon as the HPR let's air through. As you gradually increase the HPR pressure, adjust the LPR pressure as well so that that bolt will cock back enough to clear the feedtube.

This should get you started.

Cheers

Thanks Doc, I tried all that and still nothing. The problem I am experiencing is such that when I air the gun up it does not have hold any pressure and the air goes straight through the gun and out the barrel. I have tired airing it up with the LP all the way in all the way out in the middle nothing works. I have taken apart both the LPR and HPR regreased and put it all back together twice. I have also cleaned and lube the bolt and firing chamber but still nothing the air just runs right through the gun. This is quite frustrating.

Thanks again for any help.

Sounds almost like the LPR is either not getting any air or is not letting any air through to cock the bolt. Or, the Low pressure air passage from the LPR to the solenoid, to the bolt assembly, is blocked.

When you air up, will adjusting the LPR make any difference in what the bolt is doing? (ie. as the LPR pressure is adjusted up, the bolt should gradually get cocked back.

I would say no however I took the back off again and pushed the bolt forward with the LPR all the way in and the hpr backed off competly I slowly start to add air and I could hear the soleniod clicking and pushing the air but the bolt remained forward and the gun did not recock, so I started to back off the LPR and the bolt let out a pop and air began to leak out fast again. However, when the bolt is back before appling I can't get any response other than air rushing out the barrel.

Thanks

You may already know this but the LPR actually is what cocks the bolt back. Instead of backing off the LPR in the above process, did you try increasing the LPR pressure? It sounds like as you "back off the LPR" and the bolt lets out a pop, the bolt is slamming forward and stays forward thus allowing the air to rush out as it's supposed to do.

If you max out the LPR and the bolt still isn't cocking back, then something is wrong with the LPR system.... could be the LPR or somewhere along the air passage.

I couldnt go any further in with the LPR that is why I backed out, also I have tried another stock reg (I have a gen 2 in pieces in my basement) and an STD LPR nothing with either of those LPRs connected. I was aware that the LPR cocks the bolt I still cant get the bolt to cock. IF at all possible could u help me narrow down the air pathways.

Thanks

Hmm.... Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the exact air passages in the FS. I'm afraid this is as far as I can take it. You've done what I would've recommended already.... which is to swap out the LPR with something else as possibly, the LPR is faulty. I think you've proven that it's downstream from the LPR.

The only other thing that I can think of is to make sure none of the hoses are kinked.

Sorry. I don't know how else to help.
